As the 3D Lead, I was responsible for bringing the client's vision for an immersive Web3 e-commerce experience to life, creating an interactive browser-based VR and desktop experience for their brand.

Radboards wanted to differentiate its brand in a competitive market by creating a novel e-commerce experience. They needed to showcase their products in a highly engaging, interactive format that would capture the attention of a tech-savvy audience and pioneer their entry into Web3.

As the 3D Lead, I managed the entire 3D asset pipeline, from concept to integration. I worked directly with the client to translate their business goals into technical and design requirements. I led the creation and optimization of all 3D models, ensuring they were both visually stunning and highly performant for web and VR deployment. Collaborating closely with developers, I used an iterative, feedback-driven process to ensure the final assets perfectly aligned with the product vision.
