Challenge:
With the launch of their new portal, Sri Balaji Surgicals needed a clear, engaging explainer video to introduce the platform’s features and benefits to both existing and new customers. The project required a rapid turnaround-completion within two weeks, working 2–3 hours per day.
Role:
As the sole creative lead, I managed the project end-to-end, collaborating with the client to understand their goals, target audience, and key messages.
Solution:
• Developed a concise script and storyboard highlighting the portal’s user-friendly navigation, product range (including well-known brands and categories), and streamlined ordering process.
• Designed and animated visuals to demonstrate how healthcare professionals and customers can efficiently browse, compare, and purchase products online.
• Ensured the video aligned with Sri Balaji Surgicals’ brand values of excellence, integrity, and customer. care.
Impact: • Delivered the explainer video within the tight two-week deadline, enabling Sri Balaji Surgicals to effectively launch their portal at a key moment.
