Cross-Platform Property Walkthrough
Role: Product & Project Lead
At Mintlike Studio (sub MellowYellow Studio), As the product and project lead, I spearheaded the development of an innovative, cross-platform property walkthrough tool. We created an immersive and accessible experience that revolutionized how real estate companies market their properties.
The Problem
Real estate clients needed a way to visualize properties remotely across any device without requiring users to install complex software. The existing solutions were clunky, not widely accessible, and created friction in the sales process.

My Role & The Solution
As the project lead, I defined the product scope and guided our cross-functional team of designers and engineers to develop a seamless browser-based and AR/VR platform. I owned the project roadmap, managed stakeholder communication, and used an iterative, agile-style approach to ensure the final product was both powerful and user-friendly.
